Gaffney, SC – The Lincoln Memorial women's lacrosse team will look to start a win-streak as they travel to Gaffney, SC on Wednesday to face Limestone for their second SAC match up of the season at 4 pm.
Wednesday's game will be the 5
th time that the two teams will face each other, with the Saints winning the series 1-4. The last time they played each other was in Harrogate last season in March of 2024, and the Railsplitters fell 6-13. However, the most recent match in Gaffney, which was in April of 2023, LMU defeated Limestone 18-15.
Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a 14-5 win against Mars Hill.
Josie Tinnerello and
Amber Kirkpatrick would lead the match in points with 5, with Tinnerello tallying 4 goals and 1 assist and Kirkpatrick posting 2 goals and 3 assists.
Delaney Duck would lead in both ground balls and caused turnovers with 4 ground balls and 5 caused turnovers, and
