Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial University men's and women's cross country teams, along with head coach Jeff Kavalunas, have released the schedule for the upcoming 2025 season.  

Both teams will compete in four meets during the season, with all of them coming on the road, before the South Atlantic Conference championships. Last season, coach Kavalunas guided both the men's and women's teams to a top-four finish in the SAC championship meet, marking the third consecutive season each team has finished with a top-six finish. Both teams earned top-10 finishes in the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships as well.  

LMU will begin the 2025 season with the Fleet Feet Invitational on September 6th hosted by Catawba College. Both teams will continue their seasons by traveling to Wingate, NC on September 20th for the Southeast Region Preview. The Railsplitters round out the month of September with the South Atlantic Conference Preview, hosted by Tusculum on the 27th.  

The Railsplitters will continue their season by running in the Charger Invitational on October 11th as the final meet of the regular season for both the men's and women's teams. The men and women will next race for the SAC Championships in Greeneville, TN on October 25th. 

The final meet of the season will see both teams travel back to Wingate, NC on November 8th for the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.
