Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial field hockey team is off to its best start in program history. After downing Maryville University in the first game of the season, the Railsplitters took care of business against American International on Thursday night, moving to 2-1 on the season with the lone loss coming at the hands of division I opponent Saint Louis. Lincoln Memorial will seek to carry momentum into the weekend as it travels to Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH. It will be the first time in program history that the two programs have met. On the season, Southern New Hampshire has played the top two teams in the division II field hockey, falling by a combined score of 13-4. However, they defeated Southern Connecticut State University in their last match to move to 1-2 on the season.

Kiara Aleskovich with two goals thus far on the season. She is followed by

Jolie Plaisier with one goal each.
Guadalupe Montaldo leads the Railsplitters in assists with two. She is followed by Beauchamp, Rosini, and Jimena Loustalot with one assist apiece.
Cayla Wiggins has earned a 70% save percentage, facing 41 shots, tallying 21 saves, allowing only nine goals, six of which came against Saint Louis.
