Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial men's basketball team unveiled its slate of opponents for the 2025-26 campaign on Monday. The Railsplitters open the season with a tandem of non-conference opponents on the road. Lincoln Memorial will take to Young Harris, GA on Nov. 14 and 15 to take on the North Georgia Nighthawks in the first game of the season before following up with Georgia College the following day. The Railsplitters' first game inside the confines of B. Frank "Tex" Turner Arena will be played on Nov. 19, playing host to Elizabeth City State University before hitting the road once again hitting the road, wrapping up their early-season non-conference slate at Cedarville University on Nov. 22. Lincoln Memorial gets its first dose of South Atlantic Conference action on Nov. 28, playing host to the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears. The Railsplitters follow up with one of their two remaining non-conference games, both of which will be played at home, hosting the Johnson C. Smith University Golden Bulls.
Conference play then begins to heat up, beginning with the first road conference test of the season at Catawba on Dec. 6, followed by three straight conference games at home. Mars Hill comes to Harrogate on Dec. 10, followed by Wingate on Dec. 14. Lincoln Memorial will host the Emory & Henry Wasps on Dec. 17 before once again hitting the road in conference play, taking on Anderson University on Dec. 20. The Railsplitters will take 10 days of rest to enjoy the Christmas break before taking on Lees-McRae in the final non-conference game of the season on New Year's Eve in Harrogate.
Lincoln Memorial starts the new year at home against Tusculum on Jan. 7 before traveling to Newberry, SC on Jan. 10 for a match up with the Wolves. The Railsplitters remain on the road for the following game, taking to Jefferson City, TN for a match up with Carson-Newman on Jan. 14. The Railsplitters then have back-to-back home games against Coker and UVA-Wise on Jan. 17 and 21 respectively, followed by back-to-back road games with Lenoir-Rhyne and Emory & Henry on Jan. 24 and 28 respectively. Lincoln Memorial wraps up the month of January at home against Catawba on Jan. 31. The month of February begins with a pair of road games. The Railsplitters take to Greeneville, TN for a match up with Tusculum on Feb. 4, followed by a road contest at Wingate on Feb. 7. Carson-Newman makes the trip to Harrogate on Feb. 11, followed by Anderson on Feb. 14. Lincoln Memorial will play its final three road games against Mars Hill, Coker, and UVA-Wise on Feb. 18, 21, and 25th respectively, before wrapping up the regular season at home on Feb. 28 against Newberry.
