FRISCO, Texas — Lincoln Memorial University golf head coach Bradley Robinson has been named to the Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Head Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride Watchlist, the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) announced.
"I'm extremely honored to be recognized on the WGCA National Coach of the Year watchlist, but any recognition like this is a reflection of the players and the work they put in every single day." Said Robinson, "Their commitment, dedication, and belief in what we're building as a program are what make achievements like this possible. I'm incredibly proud of this group and grateful for the opportunity to coach them. Ultimately, this recognition belongs just as much to our players and the hard work they've put into making this program what it is."
The watchlist recognizes the outstanding performances and achievements of Division II coaches during the fall collegiate golf season. The fall watchlists highlight excellence throughout the year and recognize those who have made an early impact on their teams and across the collegiate landscape.
Alongside the Coach of the Year watchlist, the WGCA also released the PING WGCA Player of the Year Watchlist and the WGCA Freshman of the Year Presented by Stackaline Watchlist. Both can be found in the full press release here. The WGCA will continue to recognize standout performances throughout the upcoming spring season.
