Harrogate, TN - Lincoln Memorial women's lacrosse will look to get their first win of the season on Wednesday as they host the North Greenville Trailblazers at 5 pm at the LMU Lacrosse Complex.
The midweek contest will only be the 5th overall time that the two programs will be facing each other, with the Railsplitters winning the series 3-1. The last time that the two teams played against each other was last season in February of 2025 at NGU, where LMU came out with the victory 14-6. The last time that Lincoln Memorial defeated North Greenville in Harrogate was February of 2023, where the Railsplitters took the 18-9 win.
Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a 1-25 loss against the #1 University of Tampa, where
Josie Tinnerello scored the lone goal for LMU in the second quarter.
Adleigh Huckstep led in ground balls with three and
Ryan Smith and Huckstep each had team-leading two caused turnovers. Goalkeepers
Jovie Favati and
Emily Mirabile tallied three and five saves, respectively.
North Greenville is coming off of a 8-18 loss against Tusculum on February 7th.
Leaders for the Trailblazers include Aubree Mayse (#1) with three goals on the season, Ava Walls (#14) with two assists, and Sydney Spelman (#29) with sevan saves.
Lincoln Memorial is entering Wednesday with a 0-1 overall record and NGU is going into the midweek with a 0-1 overall record.
