Wise, VA - Lincoln Memorial women's basketball will have their last road game of the regular season on Wednesday, February 25th as they make the short trip to Wise, VA to face UVA Wise at 5:30 pm. 

The midweek contest will be the 25th all-time meeting between LMU and UVA Wise, with Lincoln Memorial winning the series 17-8. They have already faced each other once this season, in January of 2026, where the Lady Railsplitters came out on top over the Cavaliers 67-50. The last time that the LMU was victorious over UVA Wise in Wise was in February of 2025 with a 55-53 win. 

Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a thrilling 56-48 win over #21 (previously #12) Coker on February 21st. Kamil Collier led the team in scoring and on the boards with 18 points and 9 rebounds. 

Currently, Collier is the team-leader in points with an average of 18.1 points per game. Alexa Smiddy and Lexi Patty also average double-digits, with 123.8 and 12.3 points per game, respectively. 

In the South Atlantic Conference, Collier is leading in double-doubles (17), second in field goals made (176), third in total points (452), third in points per game (18.1), leading in total rebounds (278), leading in rebounds per game (11.1), leading in defensive rebounds per game (7.2), and leading in offensive rebounds per game (3.9). Smiddy is third in the conference in assist/turnover ratio (1.70), second in total assists (95), second in assists per game (3.8), fourth in three point percentage (32.7%), fifth in three pointers made (53), and fifth in three pointers made per game (2.12). Patty is fourth in the SAC in defensive rebounds per game (5.2), seventh in rebounds per game (6.7), eighth in total steals (50), and fifth in steals per game (2.08).

Nationally, Collier is fifth in double-doubles, tenth in rebounds per game, and ninth in total rebounds.

UVA Wise is coming off of a 65-63 win over Anderson on February 21st. 

Leaders for the Cavaliers include Caroline Mullins (#32) who leads in both scoring and rebounds with 20 points per game and 8.7 rebounds per game. Madison Looney (#42) follows Mullins in scoring with 12 points per game and Jalie Ruehling (#12) follows Mullins on the boards with 6 rebounds per game.

Lincoln Memorial is entering Wednesday with a 22-3 overall record, including a 17-3 mark in conference play. LMU is in second place in the SAC standings. The Lady Railsplitters were most recently voted #16 in the WBCA Coaches' Poll.

UVA Wise is going into the midweek with an 15-11 overall record and conference record of 12-8. The Cavaliers are in sixth place in the SAC standings.
