Greeneville, TN - Lincoln Memorial women's basketball will make the short trip up the road to Greeneville, TN on Wednesday, February 4th to take on the Tusculum Pioneers. 

The midweek contest will be the 57th overall meeting between the Lady Railsplitters and the Pioneers, LMU slightly falling in the series 28-29. The in the most recent match up between the two teams, which was earlier this season in January of 2026, Lincoln Memorial defeated Tusculum 72-44.  The last time that the Lady Railsplitters were victorious over the Pioneers was in January of 2025, where LMU came out on top 79-70.

Lincoln Memorial is coming off a 71-38 win against Catawba on January 30th. Alexa Smiddy led the team in scoring with 17 points and Kamil Collier led in rebounds with 14. 

Currently, Collier is the team leader in scoring with 17.1  points per game. She is followed by Smiddy and Lexi Patty, who are also averaging double-digits, with 13.6 and 12.6 points per game, respectively. Collier is also leading on the boards with 11.1 rebounds per game. 

In the South Atlantic Conference, Collier is leading in double-doubles (12), third in field goal percentage (48.2%), third in field goals made (124), sixth in total points (324), sixth in points per game (17.1), leading in total rebounds (210), leading in rebounds per game (11.1), leading in defensive rebounds per game (7.4), and leading in offensive rebounds per game (3.7). Smiddy is fourth in the conference in assist/turnover ratio (1.78), fourth in total assists (71), second in assists per game (3.7), fourth in three point percentage (34.2%), sixth in three pointers made (39), and fifth in three pointers made per game (2.05). Patty is eighth in the SAC in defensive rebounds per game (4.6). 

Nationally, Collier is seventh in double-doubles, ninth in rebounds per game, 15th in total rebounds, and 16th in defensive rebounds per game. 

As a team, Lincoln Memorial is second in the SAC in assist/turnover ratio (1.04), third in field goal percentage defense (37.6%), leading in scoring defense (57.3), leading in scoring margin (15.9), third in scoring offense (73.3), second in three point percentage (33.1%), leading in three point percentage defense (25.6%), first in three pointers made per game (9.1), and first in winning percentage (84.2%).

Nationally, the team is 15th in scoring margin, 7th in three point attempts per game, and 6th in three pointers made per game. 

Tusculum is coming off of a 68-60 loss against Wingate on January 30th. 

Leaders for the Pioneers include Abbi Douglas (#10), who averages 10.9 points per game and Dora Van Riis (#15), who leads in rebounding average with 8.3 boards per game. 

Lincoln Memorial is entering Wednesday with a 16-3 overall record, including a 11-3 mark in conference play. LMU tied for third place in the SAC standings wuth Coker. LMU was most recently #24 in the WBCA Coaches' Poll. 

Tusculum is going into the midweek with an 2-18 overall record and conference record of 2-12. The Pioneers are tied for 10th place with Emory & Henry in the conference standings.
