Gilbert, AZ – Following another perfect week, including notching their first ranked win of the season, the Lincoln Memorial Men's Tennis team has risen to 17th in the latest Division II ITA rankings. The Railsplitters ranking marks the highest the team has ever been ranked in the ITA Division II Rankings, breaking the previous record which was set last season at 18th.  

The Railsplitters entered the rankings last week at 19th, and have seen their ranking rise thanks to a 7-1 start, capped off on Tuesday with a 4-0 win over Tusculum, who entered the match with Lincoln Memorial ranked at 23rd in the nation.  

Following their first ranked win, the Railsplitters will attempt to make it two in a row as they travel to face Wingate on Saturday in a conference game before hosting Purdue Northwest on Tuesday.
