Harrogate, TN - Lincoln Memorial women's lacrosse will face the Emory & Henry Wasps at home on Wednesday, March 18th at 6 pm. 

The midweek contest will only be the third time that LMU and E&H meet, with Lincoln Memorial undefeated in the series 2-0. The most recent match up between the two programs was last season in April of 2025, where the Lady Railsplitters came out on top 19-5 at Emory & Henry.

Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a 7-11 loss against Catawba on March 7th. Josie Tinnerello led the team with six goals during the match. 

Currently, Tinnerello is the team-leader in points with 30 with team-high 27 goals and three assists, and Ruby Copeland is leading in assists with 15. Mary Kostus is leading in both ground balls and caused turnovers with 26 and 15,  respectively, and Jaiden Jaynes leads in draw controls with 33. Emily Mirabile has 33 saves on the season with a 37.9 save percentage and Jovie Favati has 52 saves with a 48.6 save percentage.

In the South Atlantic Conference, Copeland is fourth in assists (15), fifth in assists per game (1.67), and ninth in points (27). Ryan Smith is ninth in the conference in assists (10), and Tinnerello is sixth in free-position goals per game (0.56), fourth in goals (27), seventh in points (30), and fifth in shots per game (6.89).  Favati is fourth in saves (52) and fourth in saves per game (6.50).

As a team, Lincoln Memorial is fourth in the SAC in assists per game (5.78).

Emory & Henry is coming off of a 9-7 victory over Endinboro on March 12th. 

Leaders for the Wasps is Mary Martinez (#18) with 16 goals, Megan D'Amore (#8) with 33 draw controls, and Justyce Jones (#7) with 27 caused turnovers. 

LMU is going into Wednesday  with a 5-4 overall record and a conference record of 1-1, and the Railsplitters are sitting in fifth place in the conference standings.

E&H is entering the match with a 3-5 overall record and a 0-2 SAC record. The Wasps are tied for eighth place in the SAC standings with Tusculum.
