Harrogate, TN – Lincoln Memorial men's volleyball returns to Harrogate this weekend for a pair of home matches, hosting the University of Charleston on Friday, March 20 at 6 p.m. for St. Patrick's Night before welcoming Catawba College on Saturday, March 21 at 2 p.m. for White Out.

LMU enters the weekend at 9-6 and has continued to produce steady numbers through 15 matches. The Railsplitters are hitting .269 as a team with 12.3 kills per set and 11.3 assists per set, while averaging 9.7 digs per set and 1.9 blocks per set. Offensively, Axel van Baars leads the team with 132 kills and has added 14 aces, while Johan Negron has totaled 125 kills. Georgios Armaos has been one of LMU's most efficient options, hitting .409 with 27 kills, and Oisin Walsh anchors the net presence with 40 total blocks. Setter Inbar Shachar has paced the offense with 267 assists, while Zachary Zian leads the back row with 101 digs.

Friday's matchup features a Charleston squad that enters at 11-8 (3-3) and brings pressure from the service line, averaging 1.4 aces per set. The Golden Eagles also rank among the stronger blocking teams on LMU's schedule, averaging 2.1 blocks per set. In the series history, LMU trails Charleston 3-4, but the Railsplitters have won the last three meetings, including a 3-1 win in the most recent matchup on Jan. 18, 2025.

Saturday's match welcomes Catawba to Harrogate for the second meeting between the two programs. The Railsplitters earned a 3-0 win in the only previous matchup, taking down the Indians in Harrogate on April 12, 2025. Catawba enters the week at 6-10 and has been active at the net, averaging 2.1 blocks per set, while also serving aggressively with 73 aces on the season.
