Box Score BANNER ELK, NC – Lincoln Memorial men's volleyball earned a straight-set win over Lees-McRae on Wednesday night, taking the match 3–0. The Railsplitters hit .288 as a team and held the Bobcats to .074, finishing with a 31–29 edge in kills and a 10–7 advantage in total blocks.
LMU got balanced production throughout the lineup, led by Georgios Armaos and Zadyn LaBreche with eight kills apiece. LaBreche added a strong all-around night with three service aces and three solo blocks, pacing the Railsplitters at the end line and at the net. Axel van Baars followed with five kills, while Relja Milosavljevic added five kills on .429 hitting.
Setter Inbar Shachar directed the offense with 25 assists, helping LMU stay efficient in transition and finish with 31 assists on 31 kills. Defensively, Zachary Zian anchored the back row with a match-high 13 digs, and van Baars added 10 digs as the Railsplitters kept Lees-McRae off rhythm. At the net, Oisin Walsh contributed a team-best four total blocks as LMU finished with eight solo blocks on the night.
Lincoln Memorial returns home to face Lees-McRae again on Saturday, April 4 at 3 p.m. in Harrogate for Hawaiian Night.
