Gilbert, AZ – The Lincoln Memorial Men's Tennis team has earned their first national ranking of the season, taking the No. 19 spot in the latest ITA Division II Men's Tennis rankings, which was announced on Wednesday.  

The Railsplitters moved into the top 25 thanks to a blistering 5-1 start to the season, with the Railsplitters coming off a week where they opened South Atlantic Conference play with a 4-1 over Anderson before taking three sets against No. 7 North Georgia.  

This weeks ranking marks a return to the national poll for the Railsplitters after finishing the regular season at 29th in the rankings last year. The Railsplitters return home this weekend to take on Coker at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, before facing 23rd-ranked Tusculum next Tuesday and 10th-ranked Wingate next Saturday.
