Anderson, SC - Lincoln Memorial women's lacrosse will be on the road once again this week as they travel to Anderson, SC to face the Anderson Trojans at 3 pm.
The Saturday meeting will be only the fifth time that the two teams will play against each other, with the Railsplitters falling in the series 1-3. Their most recent contest was last season in March of 2025, where Lincoln Memorial fell to Anderson 9-17, and the lone victory of the series came in April of 2023 with a 20-13 victory.

Josie Tinnerello is the team-leader in points with 38 with team-high 34 goals and four assists, and
Ruby Copeland is leading in assists with 17.
Mary Kostus is leading in both ground balls and caused turnovers with 29 and 18, respectively, and
Jaiden Jaynes leads in draw controls with 48.
Emily Mirabile has 48 saves on the season with a 42.8 save percentage and
Jovie Favati has 65 saves with a 42.8 save percentage.
In the South Atlantic Conference, Copeland is eighth in assists (17), and seventh in assists per game (1.55). Tinnerello is fourth in free-position goals per game (0.50), fourth in goals (34), fourth in goals per game (2.83), and fourth in shots per game (6.33). Jaynes is second in the conference in draw controls per game, and Favati is sixth in saves (65) and sixth in saves per game (5.91).
Nationally, Jaynes is 28th in draw controls per game.
As a team, Lincoln Memorial is fifth in the SAC in assists per game (5.82), fourth in free position percentage (44.4%), and third in shot percentage (45.6%).
Lincoln Memorial is coming off of a 7-22 loss against UVA Wise, and Anderson is coming off of a 10-9 win over Newberry, with both teams playing on April 1st.
Leaders for the Trojans include Ellie Wilkins (#16), who leads in points with 54, Ava Scattareggia (#0), who leads in assists with 18, and Megan Muir (#10), who leads in draw controls with 62.
LMU is going into Wednesday with a 7-4 overall record and a conference record of 2-3, and the Railsplitters are in sixth place in the conference standings.
Anderson is entering the match with a 10-2 overall record and a 4-2 SAC record. The Trojans are tied for third place in the SAC standings with Lenoir-Rhyne.
