Harrogate, TN – Following a weeks long road trip that featured three ranked opponents, the Lincoln Memorial Men's Tennis team returns to Harrogate for their final home game of the season, as the Railsplitters welcome UVA Wise on Tuesday.
The Railsplitters are coming off a week where they dropped four matches to move their record to 12-8, while in conference play the Splitters have gone 6-2. At home, Lincoln Memorial has been tough to stop, going 9-2 in Harrogate this season.
LMU has been lead in singles play by Alexandru Rares Giurea, who ranked 60th in the latest ITA individual rankings, while the pairing of Ethan Hirons and Radu Florea have racked up double-digit wins to start their season.
Virginia-Wise enters their Tuesday meeting with Lincoln Memorial at 7-12 this season while having gone 3-6 in the South Atlantic Conference and just 1-6 on the road this season.
