Harrogate, TN – Lincoln Memorial comes home for the first time this season as they have their home conference opener against the Wingate Bulldogs Saturday, September 5^th at 5:00 pm. 

The weekend match will be the 23^rd overall contest between LMU and Wingate, with the Railsplitters falling in the series 4-15-3. The most recent game between the two programs was last season on October 4, 2025 at Wingate, where Lincoln Memorial fell to the Bulldogs 0-1. The last time that the two faced off in Harrogate was in October of 2024, where LMU defeated Wingate 2-0.

The team is coming off of a 1-3 win over Nova Southeastern on August 30^th, where TSWA Player of the Week Hays Adams secured a brace with goals in the 21^st minute and 78^th minute, and Antonio Talavera added a goal in the 76^th minute.

The Bulldogs are coming off of a 1-0 win over Converse on October 2^nd.

Adams is leading the team in points with team-leading two goals, followed by Talavera with two points for one goal.
Players to watch for the Bulldogs include Austin Vicenzino (#14) who leads the team with two goals and Juan Campos (#7) who has team-leading one assist.

The Railsplitters are entering the match with a 1-1 overall record, while Wingate is going into Saturday with an overall record of 2-0 .
