2022 (Junior): One of two Railsplitters to play and start in all 19 games ... led the team in shots (123), goals (63), assists (43), and points (110) ... had a high of seven goals against Asbury (2/26/22) where she broke her own record of single-game points ... had a high of seven assists against Mars Hill (3/16/22) where she reached 100 career points ... had a high of eleven shots against Lees-McRae (2/22/22) ... had three or more goals in 15 games ... ended up breaking five different records (single-season goals, single-season assists, single-season points, single-game points, single-game assists) .... was named SAC Pre-season All-Conference Second Team ... was SAC Offensive Player of the Week (2/28/22) ... was named to SAC First Team All-Conference

2021 (Sophomore): Played in all seven games, starting six of them ... Led the team in goals (17), assists (6), and points (23) ... Recorded a hat trick and added two assists in the win over Catawba (March 6) ... Scored six goals and assisted on three more Railsplitter goals in the victory over Mars Hill (March 10) ... Tallied her third hat trick of the season against Wingate (March 28) ... Scored two goals against Queens (April 3). 

2020 (Freshman): Played in all five games, starting all five ... Scored eight goals, good for second on the team, and had two assists on the season ... Also recoreded five ground balls, two caused turnovers, and five draw controls ... Scored four goals in her first collegiate game against Barton (Feb. 15) ... Had three goals against Montevallo (Feb. 29) ... Season highs of three ground balls, two caused turnovers, and two draw controls also came against Barton (Feb. 15). 

Prior to LMU: Graduated from McKineey High School ... Played club lacrosse for 214 Lacrosse, NTX Eagles, and Sentry Lacrosse ... Was All-state, offensive MVP, and all-district in high school.

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and Peter van der Ziel ... Has one sister, Avery and one brother, Jake ... Enjoys hiking ... A biology/pre-dentistry major.
