Andrew Fabian

Andrew Fabian is in his first season as the pitching coach at Lincoln Memorial University. Fabian will also assist in recruiting duties for the Railsplitters. 

Prior to his arrival in Harrogate, Fabian was the pitching coach and recruiting coordinator for two seasons at Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida. Last season, Fabian led HCC to a state runner-up finish, while the pitching staff ranked sixth in strikeouts. During his two years at HCC, his pitching staff finished in the top-10 in the state in ERA. Additionally, three of his players have gone on to play professional baseball. 

Fabian also served as a part-time area scout for the Miami Marlins during his time in Tampa. Throughout his summers, he served as the head coach of the Wisconsin Woodchucks in the Northwoods Collegiate League.

Prior to the start of his coaching career, Fabian was a collegiate ballplayer who earned his bachelor’s degree in hospitality from Lynn University in 2011. He also earned his master degree in sports administration in 2014. 

While playing for the Fighting Knights, Fabian was a member of the team that captured the 2009 NCAA Division II National Championship. While working on his master degree, Fabian spent three years as a pitching coach and assistant recruiting coordinator at Lynn.
 
He also served as a volunteer assistant at LIU Brooklyn in 2016 and was the pitching coach at Adelphi University from 2014-15. 

Fabian was born and raised in Queens, New York.
