Bailey Bourgeois enters his third season as the assistant coach for the Lincoln Memorial men’s lacrosse program.
Bourgeois helped the team to a 2-4 (0-1 SAC) in the COVID-19 shortened 2020 season. After the season, Robert Tucker was named a Scholar All-American by the USILA, the first such honor in program history. In 2019, Bourgeois helped the team to a 4-10 (2-6 SAC) and Tucker and Ian Cook garnered all-conference honors.
Bourgeois joined Kennedy’s staff after a sensational four-year career with the Limestone Saints, where he was a part of national championship teams in 2015 and 2017 and played in one other title game.
In 2018, Bourgeois was a preseason All-American and All-Conference Carolinas second team selections.
