Ezra Rogers begins his first season as a graduate assistant for the Lincoln Memorial University men's lacrosse program in 2021-22. With experience across multiple levels and at multiple programs, Rogers brings a unique skillset to Harrogate.
Prior to arriving at LMU, Rogers served as the assistant men's lacrosse coach at Amherst College in Massachusetts. He also worked as the defensive coordinator for the Brunswick High School (Me.) program in the spring of 2021. At Amherst, he created practice plans, oversaw defensive strategy, prepared opponent film, and worked with fundraising.
In 2019-20, he served as the recruiting coordinator/director of lacrosse operations and defensive coordinator for the men's lacrosse program at Division I Hampton University. While there, he created practice plans, oversaw defensive strategy, prepared opponent film, supervised gameday staff, and provided leadership and academic support for athletes.
Rogers graduated from Beloit College (Wisc.) in the spring of 2019 with a bachelor's degree in education and environmental studies.
