Kyle Pauwels

Entering his second season with the Railsplitter program, Kyle Pauwels came to Lincoln Memorial University as a graduate assistant coach for the men's lacrosse program after graduating from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management after transferring from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina. 

Pauwels earned All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team honors his senior season as he tallied 55 goals and 19 assists, breaking the Saint Leo single-season scoring record. The attack claimed two Sunshine State Conference Offensive Player of the week and three United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Offensive Player of the Week honors. Pauwels was named National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Statistical Champion in Division II Lacrosse for Highest Shooting Percentage (2015 - Pfeiffer, 2017/2018 - Saint Leo). The former Lion ranks no. 16 in all-time career goals in NCAA Division II Lacrosse. The native of British Columbia, Canada, finished his collegiate career as a 2018 NCAA DII Lacrosse national runner-up at Saint Leo. 

In addition to his on-the-field coaching duties with the offense, Pauwels assists with recruiting, concentrating his efforts in his talent-rich home country of Canada. He is pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in sports management.Â
