Will Eiken is a first-year graduate assistant for Lincoln Memorial University’s Men’s volleyball team (#17 RPI in 2023). Eiken is a 6’ 9” middle blocker who played for the LMU Men’s team. In 2023, Eiken had a .447 hitting percentage with 34 total blocks and has a .393 lifetime hitting percentage at LMU. He had his best matches in 2023 against #12 Pepperdine and in the IVA championship match against Queens.
Eiken’s duties will include player development, scouting, recruiting, and day to day operations in practice coordination with coaches and players.
