Jennifer Moose is beginning her second season as the graduate assistant coach for the Lincoln Memorial University softball program.
Moose – a native of Statesville, N.C. – joined the LMU coaching staff immediately after completing a four-year playing career for the Lady Railsplitters in 2017. She finished in the top 15 in the program’s career record book in runs scored, hits, doubles, home runs, RBI and total bases while earning a spot on the All-Southeast Region team following her junior season.
The Lady Railsplitters collected 24 wins during her first season as a coach, which was highlighted by a 10-game winning streak. Three offensive players – Ty-Kella Goins, Allie Jones and Kelsie Hocutt – were named to the All-SAC squad.
