2020 (Senior): Started in all 20 appearances across a shortened season ... Piled up a .362 batting average, good for fourth on the squad, totaling 25 hits and runs scored, the latter leading the team with the former ranking second on the roster ... Bombed two home runs next to eight RBI, landing 33 total bases ... Notched an on-base percentage of .443 next to a slugging percentage of .478, while striking out only seven times in 69 at-bats ... Ranked 13th in the nation in runs per game (1.25), while putting in seven multi-hit outings ... Proved flawless in stolen base attempts at 7-for-7, dishing out 34 assists (the second-highest mark on the team) and 43 putouts on a .963 fielding percentage.
2019 (Junior): Completed yet another stellar All-SAC 1st-Team performance, starting all 53 games en route to becoming the third LMU softball player in school history to receive D2CCA All-America honors ... Led the team in hits (69), runs scored (52), at-bats (179), total bases (117), slugging percentage (.654), and a nation-leading 24 doubles, sitting with the third-most in a single season ... Second on the team in batting average (.385) and third in RBI (37), as well as home runs (6) ... Recorded 22 separate multi-hit games ... Had only two errors in 121 putouts on a near perfect .990 fielding percentage, stealing 9 of 10 base attempts.
2018 (Sophomore): Started in 44 of 46 games on a .392 batting average while scoring a team-high 44 runs ... Perfect stolen base record of 4-for-4 ... Led the team in hits (62) and at-bats (158), only striking out 13 times on her way to a second All-South Atlantic Conference 1st-Team membership ... Smacked 18 multi-hit games, including a 5-of-7 effort against Mars Hill that featured two doubles, a home run, and seven RBI, tying a program record ... Led the Lady Railsplitters with 85 assists defensively, backed by a .957 fielding percentage ... Named Daktronics/D2CCA All-Region First Team.
2017 (Freshman): Started all 45 games in her debut as a Lady Railsplitter ... Recorded a team-high .388 batting average, .640 slugging percentage, 37 RBI, and eight home runs ... Batted .394 in SAC competition on a .634 slugging percentage, placing herself on the Freshman All-Conference 1st-Team list ... Concluded her freshman campaign hitting safely in eight of the her last 10 outings, while leading the squad in multi-hit games (18) and multi-RBI outings (11).
Prior to LMU: Was a three-time All-Conference, All-District, All-County and All-State selection, receiving the PAC 6 Player of the Year award as a junior ... As a freshman, Goins led Eastern Randolph High School with a .507 batting average, 37 hits, four home runs, and an .808 sluggin percentage ... Prior to her senior season, Goins racked up a .508 batting average, .565 on-base percentage, 97 hits, 43 RBI, 19 triples, eight home runs, and 18 stolen bases ... Played travel ball for the RC Wildcats and head coach Lavette Graham.
