Mirabile, a native New Yorker, comes to Harrogate after spending several years at Liberty University, (VA). While at Liberty, Mirabile was an Academic Coordinator & Learning Specialist in the Academic Affairs for Athletics Department. Mirabile worked directly with student-athletes to guide & teach them to achieve academically. Mirabile was also an integral part of the ‘Student-Athlete Development Program’.
Mirabile graduated from Liberty University in May 2024 earning a Master of Science in Sport Management, specializing in Athletic Administration & Coaching.
While at Liberty, Mirabile coached High School Men’s Lacrosse and then transitioned to the women’s game, where he spent the last 2 seasons as a full-time Volunteer Coach with Liberty University’s Women’s Lacrosse Team. Mirabile assisted with gameday and travel operations, player development, and specifically training their goalie group.
With the help of Mirabile, Liberty won the CUSA Institutional Excellence Award, which is given to the school with the highest GPA within the conference. He also aided in helping Liberty Athletics achieve their highest cumulative GPA in department history.
Recruited by Adelphi University, (NY) for Lacrosse, Mirabile went on to transfer to Liberty University and earned a spot on their football team. He then returned to his home on Long Island to coach High School Lacrosse and Football while completing his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Adelphi University.
During his time on Long Island, Mirabile coached numerous youth, club, and high school lacrosse & football teams with great success.
Mirabile comes from a large sports family; his father Rob was a long-time youth coach and played Lacrosse at Radford University, (VA) while his sister Amanda also played Lacrosse at Radford. His sister Emily is a Lacrosse Goalie at Limestone University, (SC) and his brother Steven plays football at Campbell University, (NC).
Mirabile currently resides in Harrogate, TN.
