Sabrina Fusco 2020

Sabrina Fusco

Sabrina Fusco enters her second season as the graduate assistant attack coach for the Lincoln Memorial University women’s lacrosse program after completing a record-breaking playing career at Millersville University.

From 2015-18, the attacker from Glen Mills, Pa., shaped herself as the most prolific scorer in Millersville Lacrosse history as she engraved her name permanently in the program’s record books. Fusco left as the all-time leading points scorer with 277 points and goal scorer with 223 goals. Fusco saved the best for her senior season as she scored 86 points and scored 71 goals, which were both career-highs. Her 71 goals broke the single-season record previously held by Millersville Hall of Famer Liz Weekley while leading the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and ranking eighth in NCAA Division II women's lacrosse and fifth in Division I lacrosse. Also to note, her 86 points also topped the previous single-season points record set in 2016.

The 2018 campaign was particularly impressive for Fusco, who garnered IWLCA All-Region first team and All-PSAC first team accolades, along with earning a spot on the IWLCA Zag Sports Academic Honor Roll, after pouring in her program-record 71 goals. She was also selected to participate in the IWLCA Senior All-Star Game following her four-year, all-conference playing career.  Fusco was the program's first-ever PSAC Freshman of the Year and a All-PSAC third team member in 2015, while being named All-PSAC second team in 2016 and All-PSAC third team in 2017.

Fusco – a three-time state champion at Garnet Valley High School – earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and double minor in criminology and sociology from Millersville in 2018. She will be pursuing a master’s degree in criminal justice while in Harrogate.
