Tasha Flynn returns as a volunteer assistant under head coach Matt Carr in 2020.

Prior to LMU, Flynn served as head coach at both Hannibal LaGrange University (Mo.) and Central Baptist College (Ark.). She also served as the head coach of the WPSL Little Rock Rangers (Ark.) from 2015-17.

She has also worked in the professional soccer ranks with the New York Red Bulls and Sporting KC. Previously, she served as a graduate assistant at Central Arkansas.

Tasha resides in Harrogate with her husband Asher, who is a professor in the exercise science department.
