Tasha Flynn enters her fifth season as head coach of the Lady Railsplitter soccer program in 2025. Since taking the helm, Flynn has compiled a 23-30-8 overall record and helped guide the program to its best season since 2019, finishing as the SAC Tournament runner-up in 2024. Her teams also made quarterfinal appearances in the 2021 and 2023 SAC Tournaments.
During her tenure, Flynn has coached 8 SAC All-Conference selections, 2 SAC Offensive Players of the Week, and 6 SAC Defensive Players of the Week. Academically, the program has thrived under her leadership, producing 6 CSC Academic All-District honorees and 1 SAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Before becoming head coach, Flynn served as a volunteer assistant for two seasons, contributing to a combined 21-6-2 record during that time. Her earlier collegiate coaching experience includes head coaching roles at Central Baptist College (Ark.) from 2014–16 and Hannibal-LaGrange University (Mo.) from 2017–18, where she tallied 10 and 11 wins, respectively.
She has also worked in the professional soccer ranks with the New York Red Bulls and Sporting KC. She finished her playing career at Missouri State, graduating with a degree in exercise and movement science. Flynn then pursued her master’s degree in kinesiology while serving as a graduate assistant at Central Arkansas.
Tasha resides in Harrogate with her husband Asher, who is a professor in the exercise science department and the sport scientist for the women’s soccer program.
