Todd Raasch

Todd Raasch begins his second season as the assistant coach for the Lincoln Memorial University women’s volleyball team in 2019.
 
In his first season as Jenny Michael’s assistant, Raasch helped the Railsplitters post a 20-10 overall record, finish third in the South Atlantic Conference and make a return trip to the NCAA Tournament via an at-large bid.
 
Raasch, a native of Bellevue, Nebraska, came to LMU after a two-year stint as the assistant volleyball coach at California State University-San Marcos, where he was the recruiting coordinator and oversaw on-court training and video analysis.
 
Prior to coaching in California, Raasch was the head men’s volleyball coach at Johnson & Wales University in Denver from 2012-13. He has also spent time coaching at the Division I level, making stops at DePaul University in Chicago for two seasons (2010-11) and at Florida Atlantic University (2006-10) in Boca Raton, Florida.
 
In addition to serving as an assistant coach at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, University of Nebraska-Kearney and Metro State in Denver, Colorado, Raasch was head coach of Kenyon College from 2004-06.
 
Raasch began his coaching career at his alma mater, Graceland University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health in 1992. While a player at Graceland, Raasch earned All-American First Team status in 1990.
