Quick Hits

- The Railsplitters (2-2-1, 0-1 SAC) will be without Rodrigo Aguiar, Julio Neto and Guilherme Soares, who all received red cards in the C-N loss.

- Soares was ejected on the sidelines, while Neto wasn't ejected until the 87th minute, but Aguiar was in the 15th, leaving LMU shorthanded. Even down a man, the Railsplitters played the match as if they had all 11 men, especially in the second half.

- LMU trailed 0-2 at half before head coach Helio D'Anna lit a fire under his Railsplitters as they stormed back, knotting the score at 2-all in the 55th minute.

- Christoph Willemsen connected on the first goal, collecting the rebound from an Eagle save for LMU's first goal at the 49-minute mark and his second of the year

- Fellow senior Victor Peres followed six minutes later as Matteo Bufalo fed him the assist for his second goal in as many games.

- Willemsen and Peres now lead the team with two goals and four points apiece, while Bufalo, Felipe de Sousa, Danilo Seglio and Ueslei Silva each have one score.

Know the Opponent

- Catawba is coming off a one-sided, 8-2, SAC loss at Queens Wednesday.

- The Indians (1-4, 0-2 SAC) have been outscored 11-2 in conference play, losing 3-0 to Newberry the week before Queens.

- Catawba's luck wasn't much better against nonconference teams, winning just one match this season at USC Aiken, 3-0, Sept. 8.

- Outside of those three goals, the Indians have netted just three more — six total goals combined — to their opponent's 14 goals.

- Six different Indians — Sam Henneberg, Hunter Faust, Tom Singhgolden, Andrew Twamley, Ryan Marro and Carson Talboys — have scored for Catawba.

Head-to-Head

- In a series that dates back to 1988, LMU holds a 14-7 advantage over the Indians, holding a 5-4 away record.

- LMU has won the previous two matchups, including a 4-1 win that ended Catawba's regular season a year ago.
