LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Lincoln Memorial University men and women's indoor track teams compiled nine top-five finishes and two program record-breaking performances at the Brant Tolsma Invitational hosted by Liberty University at the Liberty Indoor Track Complex on Friday.

LADY RAILSPLITTER MARKS
Junior middle distance Maria Chellah broke her personal record and the Lady Railsplitter program record in the 800-meter run after dropping a 2:22.83 time to win the event by nearly two seconds.

Junior distance Kiley Holmes finished second in the 5,000-meter run with a 19:34.32 time and now is marked as fourth all-time in program history.

Junior distance Brooke Foster logged a third-place finish with a 19:52.89 in the 5,000-meter run.

Junior sprinter Destiny Gibbs finished fourth in the 400-meter dash after posting a 1:00.30 in the event to win her heat and mark fourth all-time in Lady Railsplitter history.

Senior jumper Morgan Salyers posted fifth place after six marks in the ten-meter range after a 10.67-meter best on the day.

Senior middle distance Unique Earley finished seventh in the 800-meter run with a 2:35.92 effort.

Junior multi Elizabeth Close posted a 9.83 time in the 60-meter hurdles for eighth place and 23^rd in the 200-meter dash with a 28.20 time.

Sophomore hurdles Micah Sells finished tenth in the 200-meter dash (26.73) and in the 60-meter hurdles (9.83).

RAILSPLITTER MARKS
Junior middle distance Roberto Fajardo won the 800-meter run with a program, record-breaking time of 1:54.71.

Sophomore middle distance Ricardo Greene took first place in the 500-meter after edging teammate Chris Buford (1:11.20) with a time 1:09.05.

Junior sprinter Jaeden Douglass improved his personal best in the 400-meter dash with a 49.55 time, moving to second all-time in program history and placed fourth at the invitational.

Marig Engelbrecht finished ninth (9:01.92) while teammate Mason Johns finished tenth after posting a 9:10.85 time in the 3,000-meter run.
