Men's Bowling Record Yet Another Top-10 Finish At Kegel / ISBPA Collegiate Classic

ADDISON, Ill. – The Lincoln Memorial University men's bowling team opened the 2021-22 spring slate this past weekend at the Kegel/ISBPA Collegiate Classic in Illinois, recording a tenth-place finish among the 68-team field.
 
LMU recorded their seventh top-10 team finish this season in just eight total events, finishing with a total pinfall of 9,318 on the weekend.
 
After winning twice during the fall slate at the Roto Raider Classic and the Lincoln Memorial Collegiate Challenge, freshman Alex Linnenbrink was back at it for the Blue & Grey this weekend, notching an eighth-place individual finish, tallying a total pinfall of 1,171.  
 
St. Ambrose University dominated across the lanes all weekend at the Kegel/ISBPA Collegiate Classic, earning the top-team finish with a pinfall of 10,021, in addition to Cameron Crowe's individual championship with a 1,233 total.
 
UP NEXT…
Due to scheduling changes within the Railsplitter bowling program, the men will return to the lanes in two weeks' time at the Clarke Invitational in Dubuque, Iowa, beginning on Jan. 29.
