The Lady Railsplitters (8-17, 4-10) took on the Lander University Bearcats in their final match of the SAC/PBC challenge.  The Bearcats come out on top of the match, winning 3-1.

Set 1:
The Railsplitters started off slow letting the Bearcats get up 7-3.  They finally got themselves into a rhythm, tying it up at 7 with kills from
Kristen Moehring and
Sierrah Lemons.  They were tight with the Bearcats all match and ended up taking it 25-23.

Set 2:Â
The Railsplitters again stayed close in score.  Kills by Outside Hitters
Maggie Sanderson and
Gabriela Abreu helped them stay up, along with kills by MB Katie Bedel.  Lander got up 16-12, but then the Railsplitters caught up to them, but it wasn't enough.  Lander took this set 25-23.

Set 3:
Lander was hot from the first serve and did not look back. They were up by at least 6 points every other serve.  They took this set with a score of 25-11.

Set 4:
LMU seemed to have lost their rhythm, letting Lander get up in the score once again.  Lander took this final set 25-9.

Maggie Sanderson led with 12 kills.
Sierrah Lemons had 9.
Gabriela Abreu, Katie Bedel, and
Kristen Moehring all had 8 kills. Â
Karson Brock led with 11 digs.
