MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Lincoln Memorial University men's lacrosse team fell on the road to Montevallo on Saturday afternoon.
Francis O'Hara paced the Railsplitter offense with three goals and two assists.
Caleb Raydo and
Hunter Kot also got in the action as both Splitters tallied two goals a piece.
The Falcons got started early tallying the first goal of the contest and went up 2-0 just moments later.
Francis O'Hara and the Splitters even things up at the 9:14 mark of the first quarter. Montevallo made quick work, taking a 6-3 lead after 15 minutes of play.
The Falcons controlled for much of the second quarter as they went into the half time break up 13-4.
Rhodes Conroy tallied his lone goal of the contest in the second frame at the 6:18 mark.
The Railsplitters found the back of the net just four more times in the contest as Montevallo dominated for the remainder of the contest, winning 21-8 over LMU.
