Harrogate, TN – The Lady Railsplitters were home today playing a non-conference game. Lincoln Memorial took on the McKendree Bearcats this Sunday afternoon. LMU took the victory 12-11 and are now 3-5 on the season.
In period 1,
Grace Grana started in goal for the Railsplitters, having 4 saves by the end of the period.
Josie Tinnerello took a shot on goal and followed it up with scoring the 1
st goal of the game assisted by
Ali Van Der Ziel.
Ryann Doyle and
Ali Van Der Ziel both took shots on goal but couldn't get it past the keeper.

Kelly Csenar came out scoring LMU's 3
rd goal tying the game up 3-3.

Ali Van Der Ziel scored 2 more goals for the Splitters. The Splitters continued to shoot on goal but couldn't get anymore past the keeper before the period was over. In period 4,

Sophia Gardea came up with the draw control and allowed for
Kelly Csenar to take another shot on goal. With 23 seconds left on the clock,
Jaedyn Ryba scored to put the Splitters up by 1. LMU's defense was able to hold off McKendree after they came up with the draw control to secure the win.
The Lady Railsplitters defeated the Bearcats 12-11 with less than 30 seconds left in the game. Lincoln Memorial will be back in action Wednesday, March 15, 2023 away at Young Harris College at 6pm.
