Harrogate, TN- Women's volleyball would take on Tusculum tonight, winning the contest in four sets. 

Tusculum would take the first set 15-25, posting a balanced attack while LMU would struggle to find their footing. The turnaround wouldn't take long, however, as LMU would begin the second set strong, earning 18 kills in the set on a .341 attack percentage to take the frame 25-12. Abagail Kesler would prove to be one of the difference makers, a fact shown on the stat sheet with a team-high 19 kills on the night. Joining her in double digits in the kill column would be Kristen Moehring with 12 on the day. TU would try to keep it competitive, but LMU would charge forward, taking the third set 25-17 and the fourth 25-18 to seal their third conference win. Defense would be key in the win, earning 10 total team blocks (five block assists from Josibeth Capellan), and 66 digs (17 from Moehring). 

Lincoln Memorial improves to 9-3 on the season, 3-2 in conference play. The team will continue their home stand on Saturday, October 5th, for a 2 PM game against Lenoir-Rhyne.
