Wingate, NC- LMU Women's Volleyball fell on the road tonight in straight sets to Wingate: 18-25, 20-25, 18-25.

Lincoln Memorial would find it hard to gain any momentum in the contest, Wingate outhitting the Splitters .349 to .142 while also winning the kill, ace, block, assist, and dig categories. Despite hanging close, mid-set runs by Wingate would make it hard for LMU to mount any comebacks. Kristen Moehring and Josibeth Capellan would be LMU's leaders in kills on the night, earning nine and eight, respectively. 

LMU falls to 13-6 on the season, 7-5 in conference play. They'll return to the court on Friday, October 25th, to take on Limestone in Mary Mars Gymnasium.
