Harrogate, TN - The Lincoln Memorial women's soccer team defeats the Emory& Henry wasps to wrap up the regular season. 

Neither team was able to put a ball in the back of the net in the first half, despite LMU posting 12 shots in the first half. 

Throughout the second half, again neither team was able to put a point on the scoreboard, but in the final 10 minutes Lincoln Memorial was able to push though offensively to give them the lead. In the 83rd minute, Meg Anderson scores off of a Ryan Branson corner kick. Not much later in the 86th minute, Alicia Bevins scores with Ellie Snyder earning the assist. The Lady Railsplitters were able to keep the lead for the remainder of the game to give Lincoln Memorial the win. 

With the win, Lincoln Memorial improves to 8-4-3 overall and 6-2-3 in conference play. This win also locks in the 4th place spot going into the South Atlantic Conference Tournament, therefore they will host a quarterfinal game. The date and time are to be determined.
