Anderson, SC- Lincoln Memorial Women's Volleyball falls to Anderson today on the road in three: 22-25, 16-25, 12-25.

A close first set would feature 14 ties and five lead changes, both teams stringing together strands of points until the Trojans would pull away just enough to take the early lead. Lincoln Memorial would continue to struggle on the offensive side of the ball, hitting only .037 and .172 in the second and third sets, respectively. Anderson would make it hard on LMU, scrambling to shut down any Splitter counterattacks and posting an impressive third set attack percentage of .600 to close out the match. 

Lincoln Memorial was led in kills by Abigail Kesler on the night, posting eight in the contest. Agata Bogdanska would add seven of her own in addition to tacking on two solo blocks to her stat line. Setter Lauren Pickett would post nine digs on the evening, also earning 21 assists with zero set errors. 

The Railsplitters fall to 15-8 on the season, now holding a 9-7 conference record. They'll return to the court for two home contests next week to finish out the regular season, facing UVA Wise on Tuesday, November 12th, at 7 PM and Coker on Friday, November 15th, at 6 PM.
