Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial Softball team has released their schedule for the 2025 Season.
The team is currently set to play 48 games, holding a home-heavy schedule with 26 of those at the Dorothy Neely Softball Complex in Harrogate. The schedule also features 16 away contests and six neutral site games.
LMU will open their season on Saturday, February 1st, against Lees-McRae at 12 PM as part of their first of three invitationals on the year. The Railsplitter Invitational, taking place on Saturday, February 1st, and Sunday, February 2nd, will host Lees-McRae and Tiffin. After that, the Splitters will travel to Albertville, Alabama to play in the Charger Chillout on February 7th through the 9th. There, the team will play two games each day, facing opponents Delta State, Christian Brothers, Kentucky Wesleyan, Mississippi College, Montevallo, and Trevecca Nazarene. The LMU Invitational will take place on Saturday, February 15th, and Sunday, February 16th, featuring LMU, Wayne State, Davis & Elkins, and Kentucky Wesleyan. LMU will also host the Abe's Invitational on Saturday, March 1st, and Sunday, March 2nd, and include Elizabeth City State, Bloomsburg, and Lewis.Â
Lincoln Memorial will open conference play on Tuesday, March 4th, with doubleheader against Emory & Henry, starting at 1 PM in Harrogate. Conference play will continue until their last regular season series against Wingate on Friday, April 18th, at home starting at 1 PM. The South Atlantic Conference Tournament is slated for the following week.Â
