Harrogate, TN - Just two days after traveling to UVA-Wise for a make up game on the road against the UVA-Wise Cavaliers, the Lincoln Memorial men's basketball team is slated to be back in action for its third game in less than a week, traveling to Emory, VA for the final road test of the regular season, seeking to sweep the Wasps. The Railsplitters enter the game with a 20-7 overall record, including a 14-4 mark in conference play. Emory & Henry limps into the game with an overall record of 5-21, including a 2-16 mark in conference play. The last time the two teams met, Lincoln Memorial took a nearly 30 point victory, 93-67.

Lincoln Memorial is led in scoring by freshman Wes Enis, averaging 16.9 points and 3.1 rebounds per game since joining the team in early January. Me'Kell Burries follows closely with an average of 16.1 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. Chase Rankin averages a very well-balanced stat line, scoring an average of 14.0 points per game to go along with 5.0 rebounds per game and 5.4 assists per game. Senior forward Martez Brown continues to lead not only the conference, but the nation, in rebounding, field goal percentage, and double-doubles. Brown was previously named to the Bevo Francis Award Top 50 Watch List for the best player in small college basketball earlier this season. He is averaging 13.9 points and an astonishing 14.2 rebounds per game.

Tip-off between the Railsplitters and Wasps is slated for 5:30 PM on Wednesday in Emory, VA.
