Women's Soccer Falls to Columbus State

Harrogate, TN - Ther Lincoln Memorial women's soccer team fell to #17 Columbus State on Wednesday on the road. 

The Cougars started the scoring early with Sage Smith scoring off of an assist from Emma Beddow in the 2nd minute. Beddow then scored herself in the 19th minute, unassisted. The scoring paused until the second half when Sarah Hungerford extended the lead to 3-0 in the 46th minute, with Beddow getting her second assist of the match.

With the loss, the Lady Railsplitters move to 1-1 on the season. They are looking to bounce back in their next game against Lenoir-Rhyne on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 3pm.
