Men's basketball seeks to upset 14th-ranked Anderson on the road Saturday

Anderson, SC – The Lincoln Memorial men's basketball team heads to Anderson, South Carolina, on Saturday, Dec. 20, for a South Atlantic Conference showdown against 14th-ranked Anderson University. Tip-off is scheduled for 4 PM. The Railsplitters are seeking their fourth conference win in a row against one of the league's nationally ranked contenders.

Lincoln Memorial enters the contest boasting one of the most productive and efficient offenses in the SAC. The Railsplitters are averaging 87.6 points per game while limiting opponents to 75.9, resulting in an 11.7 scoring margin. LMU has shot 49.5 percent from the field this season, converting 33.4 baskets per game, compared to opponents' 43.3 percent shooting.
