HARROGATE, Tenn. – The Lincoln Memorial University men's volleyball team (2-2) continues its four-game homestand at Mary Mars Gymnasium this Friday when the Brewton-Parker Barons (0-1) pay a visit. A win would match the longest win streak in Railsplitter history and put the team above .500 for the first time ever.

- The Railsplitters are yet to have any match extend beyond three sets. The team was swept by McKendree and No. 4 Hawai'i at the season-opening Grow the Game Classic in Nashville then returned home to sweep Alderson Broaddus and Belmont Abbey.
- LMU picked up its first win of the season and
John Cash era with a spirited straight-set sweep of Alderson Broaddus in its home opener Friday night. The Railsplitters never trailed by more than one point during any set and cruised to set wins of 25-13, 25-21 and 25-13.
- The Railsplitters hit a scorching .409—a program record at Mary Mars Gymnasium—while totaling 37 kills. The team's 36 assists also set a program record for a three-set match.
Joshua Riblett led the LMU attack with 12 kills on a career-best .556 attack percentage.
Evan Cory pitched in 10 kills and also set a career high by hitting .500.
AJ Risavy dished out 34 assists, which set an individual program record for assists in a three-set match.
- The team picked up its second win at Mary Mars Gymnasium in less than 24 hours Saturday afternoon and pulled to .500 for the first time in program history with a straight-set sweep of Belmont Abbey. LMU never trailed in two of the three sets and dispatched the Crusaders with set wins of 25-16, 25-19 and 25-22.
- Lincoln Memorial shattered its previous program record for blocks with 16 led by
Pedro Carvalho's individual-record 10 in the win over Belmont Abbey. Cory hit .500 for the second straight game with 12 kills and just one error. Carvalho added seven kills, while Riblett and
Jordan Walley pitched in six apiece. Walley set career highs with the six kills, six digs and three blocks. Risavy dished out 28 of the team's 29 assists and totaled a career-best six blocks.
- Cory has recorded a double-digit kill total in all four matches and leads the team with 43 kills and five service aces.
Marcus Molina is hitting a team-best .417, though he is fifth on the team in total attacks with 26. Cory is next at .385 on a team-high 91 chances. Riblett has the next-best kill total with 26 and is followed by Carvalho's 24.
Notes on Brewton-Parker:
- The Barons are a fledgling NAIA program that lost their debut at Emmanuel 3-0 on January 13 with set scores of 7-25, 12-25 and 13-25.
- Brewton-Parker totaled only 11 kills in the match and hit .088. However, the team did improve each set as it improved its hitting percentage from .000 to .077 to .250.
- Robbie Leever notched eight of the team's 11 kills on 19 chances and led the team with a .211 attack percentage. Jonathan Russell had the other three kills and hit .167. The duo accounted for 25 of the team's 34 total attacks.
- Aaorn Waddell was the only other Baron to record a point with one service ace.
- Angel Mercado assisted on all 11 of the team's kills.
- The Barons allowed an otherworldly 24 service aces to Emmanuel. Jorge Llumipanta was credited with 10 receiving errors, while Russell had seven. The team recorded 24 receiving errors compared to just seven total digs.
