HARROGATE, Tenn. – With its five-game, season-opening road trip in the rearview mirror, the Lincoln Memorial men's lacrosse team is set to make its home debut on Wednesday when the Alabama-Huntsville Chargers come to town for a noon start.

The Railsplitters (2-3) faced their second nationally-ranked opponent in the span of a week on Saturday with a trip to No. 10 Indianapolis. Lincoln Memorial played the Greyhounds tough, but ultimately fell just short in a 9-8 loss.

Alabama-Huntsville (0-3), meanwhile, is seeking its first win of the season in its first match since a 13-5 loss against Tusculum back on February 17.

Due to unplayable conditions at the LMU Lacrosse Complex, the match will be held at the LMU Soccer Complex.

Lincoln Memorial made a valiant comeback bid with goals by Robert Tucker and Ian Cook in the final minute of regulation, but it was too little too late.
