HARROGATE, Tenn. – The Lincoln Memorial University baseball team's South Atlantic Conference three-game home series with Carson-Newman has been altered due to wintry conditions at Lamar Hennon Field Friday afternoon. The Railsplitters (6-13, 1-5 SAC) and the Eagles (14-6, 6-2 SAC) will now play a doubleheader Saturday afternoon beginning at 1 p.m. before wrapping up the league series Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. with a single nine-inning game.
Attempting to halt a four-game slide, LMU is seeking its first SAC series win of 2020 while Carson-Newman visits Harrogate going for its third-straight conference series victory.
