DAYTON, Ohio. – The Lincoln Memorial University men's bowling team placed 11th out of the 23-team field this weekend at the Orange and Black Classic, recording a top-half finish at the annual event hosted by Pikeville University.
The host school won this weekend's event in Dayton, as Pikeville University took gold after recording a total pin-fall of 8,403. The Railsplitters finished in eleventh, bowling a pin-fall of 7,729 for the weekend.
LMU remains on the road next weekend, traveling to the Columbia Western Shootout. The Blue & Grey will face three straight tournaments on the road, before hosting the annual Lincoln Memorial Collegiate Challenge on Dec. 4 to conclude the 2021 fall slate.
