Women's Bowling Finishes 12th at Track Kat Klash

HOUSTON –
The Lincoln Memorial women's bowling team finished 12th out of 20 teams in the Track Kat Klash, which wrapped up on Sunday at Emerald Bowl.
 
The Railsplitters finished ninth in the field in scoring average at 195.3 per game, winning 7 of 10 dual matches in qualifying.
 
Kayleigh McMullen led Lincoln Memorial with a 200.20 average across five games, including a 231 in her first game. The average was 23rd in the field among individuals. Haley Powell (194.20, 31st) and Michaela Clardy (193.80, 32nd) finished back-to-back in the individual standings for the Railsplitters.
 
North Carolina A&T won the tournament after averaging 206.1, while McKendree finished second but had the highest average at 211.1. Louisiana Tech's Lindsay Manning had a 232.40 average across five games to pace the field individually.
 
This is Lincoln Memorial's last competition of the fall semester, and the team will begin 2023 at the Stormin' Blue and White Vegas Classic in Las Vegas from Jan. 8-10.
