Harrogate, TN- The Lincoln Memorial men's and women's wrestling squads will open their season at the East Stroudsburg Open on Sunday, November 5th. The tournament will be hosted by East Stroudsburg University and is slated to start at 10 AM. 

Head Coach Andy Bricker added this ahead of Sunday's season opener: "The Railsplitters are excited to kick off the season in the state of Pennsylvania. The East Stroudsburg University Open is a tournament with a long history of good wrestling. We are doing our best to put the LMU wrestlers up against the best in the country and make the Railsplitter name known in this sport."

The women's team will add four new faces to competition in addition to three returners. Included in these returners is Ashley Morris, a national tournament qualifier from last year looking for even more success with the second year of the program.

The men's team will feature 10 returners on the roster in addition to four newcomers. Porter Finstad and Michael Nunn will be wrestlers to watch for the Railsplitters with Nunn coming off a redshirt year and Finstad returning from his previous winning season. Millsaps, a three year starter, is also one to note of, a three year starter and team captain for Lincoln Memorial.
