The No. 15 Lincoln Memorial softball team is in South Carolina for the Bearcat/Fleet Invitational featuring two games each on Friday and Saturday.
 
Lincoln Memorial faces off with Concord at 1 p.m. and Emmanuel at 5 p.m. on Friday before taking on Erskine at 2 p.m. and Lander at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
 
The Railsplitters (11-3) are coming off a two-game setback at King on Wednesday afternoon. They moved up five spots in the National Fastpitch Coaches Association poll after a 7-1 week including a 5-1 showing at the Charger Chillout in Alabama that saw them beat No. 16 Indianapolis last Friday.
 
Catcher McKenzie Henry was named the South Atlantic Conference Player of the Week after posting a .762 batting average (16 for 21) including two home runs, two triples and four doubles plus 13 RBI and eight runs scored in eight games played on the week.
 
The Lincoln Memorial offense leads the SAC in walks (99, second in Division II) and stolen bases (17, 25^th) while ranking second in total runs (106, third), hits (114, fourth) and doubles (26, fourth). The Railsplitter defense leads the league with a .979 fielding percentage that ranks 17^th nationally.
 
Pitcher Emma Frost leads the country in wins (six), complete games (seven) and shutouts (three), while shortstop Sierra Hucklebee paces Division II with three sacrifice flies so far on the year. Henry's six double are third nationally.
